Validation system based on laptop according to BS 7570:2000 EN60974 .
Use:
Function:
The equipment is connected to the welding mashine via the welding cables. A resistor acts as load. The computer first asks the operator to perform a safety check in the welding mashine, then the validation begins. the operatior is asked for mashine data then it takes in actual values and values readed by the operator. After validation the equipment produces a protocol and a label to put on the mashine. .
